Hi, my name is Laura, nice to meet you. I have been working in the mental health space for over 20 years and have vast experience in working with individuals experiencing complex mental health issues including early intervention with children and young people. I have a Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences and a Masters Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy. I like to use an integrated approach which is client led and strengths based. I have a special interest in working with neurodiversity.

Providing a safe space to create trust and attunement. I will go on your journey with you and together we will explore where you want to go. I have extensive post qualification training in trauma, mental health and neurodiversity. I hold a safe space where you can be who you are.

I believe in empowering you to uncover your personal strength. Through psychoeducation, evidence based interventions such as CBT, DBT, ACT and psychodynamic interpersonal psychotherapy, I aim to equip you with the tools and strategies to overcome challenges and make informed decisions in your life.
